I acknowledge the following:

  • Oppie Tong Af/ On The Tip Of Your Tongue is a National “live” ONLINE platform.
  • Oppie Tong Af/ On The Tip Of your Tongue does not accept any prerecorded video submissions.
  • After payment you need to complete the participant details on the google form that becomes available after payment has been received. Should you have more than one entry, complete the form one by one. It remains the entrant’s responsibility to follow up on entries.
  • Oppie Tong Af/ On The Tip Of Your Tongue is a registered Non-Profit and Public Benefit Organisation. Any overpayments for entries will be regarded as a donation towards this project. Unfortunately, NO REFUNDS WILL BE MADE for overpayment.
  • After the entry closing date, entries will be processed. You will receive a programme via the email address linked to the entry at least two weeks before the competition is due to start in your province. Please check your spam folders as well.
  • Participants need to make themselves available in the given timeslot as per schedule that will indicate the date and time of performances.
  • I acknowledge that I am entering participants to take part in the Oppie Tong Af/ On The Tip Of Your Tongue competition out of free will.
  • I acknowledge that any photos sent to Oppie Tong Af/ On The Tip Of Your Tongue can be used on social media platforms and in promotional materials and mediums.
